FULL DAY COURSE 

FULL DAY  CURRIES GALORE 





Curries you will be taught includes two of any of the following:  Aloo Gosht BHUNA (lamb with potatoes), infusion of east and west (chicken broccoli), lamb koftai (meatballs) and a number of vegetarian options; bindi, tali garlic mushrooms. 

 

You will also have the option of making chapattis
or Dill Rice with vegetables (new and different bursting with flavour and very tasty)

As well as the chutneys and salads to accompany your menu.

You will be able to take home everything you cook unless you cannot resist the temptation and eat it before!
 
HALF DAY SAMOSAS AND SPRING ROLL CLASS
 
This is an exciting, fun, and very skillful class.
 
Ideal for team building and simply having the best time ever creating those samosas & spring rolls you love so much!
 
You will learn how to make the filling.  Learn about the ground and whole spices used.  Types of filling that are suitable with the pastry.
 
Make the samosa pastry, the pockets and the fixing paste.  You will be shown the filling and sealing techniques before attempting yourself.
 
You will make the spring rolls with filo pastry and learn the tehniques of rolling perfetly.  All advice and tips for best practise will be given with a session of tasty chutney making and tasting.

Chapatti Making &  Quick tasty Curries !



These courses are great fun and are very good for team building skills!

Learn to  cook your own chapatti; a completely hands on course.  

Make your own chapatti dough, dough balls, roll with rolling pin, clap on to the griddle and use a chapatti gauge to cook over a live flame (you will be shown different techniques).

Make a curry in 15-20 minutes from simple everyday ingredients such as: chicken, okra, and fish, chickpeas etc.


A thorough step-by-step course where you will be guided by the chef throughout the course, with very useful tips and advice.



You will leave with your own cooked tasty dishes, full knowledge and experience and mostly, confidence to carry on cooking on your own.  (All ingredients are provided
